7 important fitness tips for people who work in front of a computer all day
The blog DumbLittleMan outlines some tips for web workers, which I think applies to anyone who works with computers all day. They’re tips for keeping fitter, mostly to do with a bit of motivation but also a couple of practical tips to get your off your ass. Because you know, most of us like to just sit there all day in front of a laptop.
